ROI_PAC source code is available for research purposes to the international community at no charge. Caltech retains intellectual property rights to the software, and licenses the source code and executable software for external use. Other uses and restrictions can be found in the supplement. ROI_PAC source and object code have received an official classification of EAR99 from the U.S. Department of Commerce, allowing export without any governmental licensing requirement to foreign nationals of all but a few selected countries.

Log into our site. If you don't have a login yet, get one here and then come back to this page.
Place your order online, using the form at the bottom of this page. You will be asked for additional information after you press the "SUBMIT" button.
Review the license on-line, and click "ACCEPT" to indicate that you accept the terms of the license. If you want to read the license before you get started, click here.
Once the previous steps are complete, you will receive an email with download instructions. You will be prompted to log into the site again before you can pick up your order.
Export Status: Distribution is permitted to citizens of all countries.
