Download of PDF on Pc [ reply ]
2008-Dec-16 18:00
I recently tried to download a 32MB PDF document from Minx onto my PC; it stopped downloading at 6MB and the downloading process stopped at that point. My co workers who had Mac successfully downloaded the same PDF document onto their machine. IS there something that I need to change with regards to settings in order to allow this download to happen. I worked for the New Business Service Center at Ames and this download from Minx is typically done on a regular basis for the proposals we are working on. Please advise!

Did you try to download the 14 MByte MINX documentation PDF file or the 18 MByte Mac distribution file? I just tested the PDF file download to a PC using XP and Internet Explorer and had no problems. What Windows version are you using and what browser?
